well I COULD eat pastrami

March 16th, 2012

It’s funny when people will say to me, in reference to some food or another, ‘oh I guess you can’t eat that, right?” or “so you’re not allowed to have that?” Quite the opposite really, I am free to eat whatever I want to eat. Like the Apostle Paul said, for freedom Christ has set me free. He also said that though all things are lawful, not all things are profitable. So, while I am free to eat a triple cheeseburger topped with pastrami, bacon, and a fried egg, with the whole thing deep fat fried, with ranch for dipping, I choose not to. Well, that I wouldn’t eat for one because I don’t even know where to order such a thing, though the State Fair of Texas might be a good place to start.

Today I picked essentially the same breakfast, lunch, and dinner as yesterday since I’m still in this same hotel. I did way more snacking though, all on fruit and raw veggies with no dressing of any kind. It’s quickly getting easier to eat veggies that way.

Oh dear, I’m about to turn into a pumpkin, I should go to bed now.
